This evening we will do the Kundalini shaking meditation from Osho. In 4 different phases we will activate the vital energy in our bodies, and listen to the inner flow.
Kussum is educated by the Aumm institude which includes a lot of inner work of personal growth.
This meditation is a beautiful inner boost for the people who join the tantric moments.
The session will ask you to turn inwards, and you won’t be interacting with other people.
Feel welcome to step in.

Lots of people find it difficult to meditate in the traditional manner — that is, to experience inner silence by sitting cross-legged on the floor. You probably feel your mind is noisier, not more silent, than it was before you started. Your body is restless, ill at ease, and — if you do manage to endure the hour — stiff and painful.
By contrast, active meditations begin with at least one phase of activity. This allows you to loosen up your body and to unburden your mind. Then you are able to move naturally from stress to deep relaxation, silence and stillness.
And the effect doesn’t finish there; with regular practice you will be able to carry an inner centring with you in your regular day, wherever you are and in whatever you are doing.
Most active meditations take about an hour and contain 3 or 4 stages, ending in sitting silent or laying down.
We’ll try out different techniques to quiet the mind like shaking, humming, repetitive moments, breathing techniques. You’ll find there’s many simple techniques that work and you’ll have the chance to find one that suits you.
There will be room to try some guided meditations or we’ll have live music.
If you are experienced in leading active meditation practices you are welcome to join us and lead some of the evenings.
