Yoga, dance, tantra, art and bodywork have played a significant role in my personal healing journey.
Through these healing arts, I learned most of what I know about my inner worlds, about how I relate; to myself, to others and to life itself. It’s an ongoing, never ending adventure, as I keep diving deeper into myself, finding truth, slowly letting go of the layers of conditioning and becoming more authentic and true to myself.
I am grateful to have found a way to share the practices that I hold dear, to inspire others to move their body and soul, expand, raise awareness and live healthy and joyful lives.
