Desire has a central place in Tantra, unlike many spiritual and religious traditions. It is not a bad or shameful craving that should be avoided, but a powerful entrance into freedom!
Yes, desires can make us feel miserable when we get caught up in the stories around them “he does not love me back”, “I am not good enough to dance in public”, “I will look like a fool if I show how much I want this”.
According to tantra, it is not the desire itself, but the contraction we create around it that makes life more difficult for us. So what would happen if we would embrace this longing, this desire? What if, we would own it to the fullest and let its abundant energy flow through our whole body?
We would like to take you on a full-day journey through desire and freedom. We take the time to dive into new/advanced exercises. We will explore what it means to you to be free with our desires – and not despite them.

PRACTICALS:
– Wear comfortable clothes

– We’ll make some tea but bring a bottle of water for during the session.

– Wear a face mask in the entrance room
– Some exercises provide the possibility to be in close contact. At the start of the workshop, you get the chance to state with whom you will be in close contact this evening. This means clear consent and communication
– Bring your own blanket if you think you might be cold
– If you have a cold or feel ill, please stay at home and contact us before the workshop, well in advance. In that case, you can get a refund on the ticket.

Cancellations
- Cancellations before 11th of June 2021 we refund the whole ticket-costs.
- Cancellations from 11- 20th June, we restitute 50% of the ticket costs.
- For cancellations from 21th of June till 25 of June , we will charge you 100% of your participation costs.
