The sessions are guided by different experienced instructors, who provide a theoretical and practical ground for the evening. Together we create a safe space to freely explore all the experiences that might come up.

SEXUALITY
Sexuality, one of humans favourite topics, is so much more than physical interaction, lust, and bedroom vibes.
In this Tantric Moments Young edition we will explore what sexuality means to us. We will also find what sexual energy can translate into. When becoming aware of our sexual energy and learning how to navigate it through our body, we can amplify a sense of clarity, expansion and presence in ourselves.
We will take you on a (clothes-stay-on) journey using our body, breath and creative minds to connect more deeply to our life force energy, our sexual energy!
