Do you sometimes feel tired or exhausted? What’s the first thing you normally do then? Which ways do you use to recharge your battery?
When we feel tired or exhausted, our mind tends to search for distractions instead of tending to our real needs. You watch a movie instead of taking time to calm down your mind and breath, for example. Listening to our bodies and hearts can bring us in touch with deeper layers of ourselves and help us restore balance. In this workshop, we will explore different ways of how you can restore balance and energy in your being.

– This online workshop is donation based, you can donate at the end of the session.
